2015 was Todd and Dale’s break out year. Until this time repaints were the norm and any fabrication had to be outsourced. A grinder with 4 ½ cut off wheel was purchased. It didn’t take long to find out something to bend metal was needed. YouTube to the rescue and Todd and Dale’s first fabrication project was building their own metal brake.

The Oliver 1655 was built on a Cub 100 which is gas powered and has a narrow frame. Modifications to the frame began with a good start from Dale’s brother-in-law. Todd and Dale then started their customizing by lengthening the frame to look more like a real tractor. New pieces began to be built in shop with fabricated grill, sheet metal fenders, hood, side shields, decal plate, weights and starter weight and wheel inserts. A new draw bar, PTO shield and reworked dash completed the fabrication process. A miniature tool box also sits on the tractor.
